In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following return guidelines.
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Approved returns may be issued as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Adhesives, finishes, and stains are non-returnable.
To request a return, log in to your account on the All Island Floor Supply website and open the order that includes the item you would like to return. Select the product and submit a return request with the required information.
Once submitted, your Return Merchandise Authorization request will typically be reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. If approved, you will receive your RMA number and return instructions by email. If the request is denied, you will be notified by email with the reason.
